General Notes

  1. You have completed Step 1 and Prepared the available information & documents as outlined in our eGuide that you received from us previously.
  2. IMPORTANT: To complete these forms, you must be logged into your Google Workspace / Gmail account. "The name and photo associated with your Google Account will be recorded when you upload files and submit this form. Only the email address you enter is part of your response. Any files that are uploaded will be shared outside of the organization they belong to."
  3. Rest assured, the confidentiality of our client's information & property documents is our highest priority. We are fully compliant with the South African POPI Act (POPIA) and international General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We never do / will share our client's  confidential information and/or documents with any unauthorized party or 3rd party without the written consent of our client.
