​Francois Swanepoel
Director: ​BIM Implementation
​​Francois achieved his National Diploma in Architecture in 1992 and has worked in various spheres of the Building industry since then. His personal expertise includes: Architectural Practice, Municipal Building Inspector and Valuations officer, ArchiCAD user since 2000, BIM Software Trainer, Practical BIM Implementation, multiple CAD & BIM software, Project & Contract Management, Building Contractor (Construction & Joinery), Project Costing & Tenders, Web design & marketing. Francois studied the field of Virtual Reality and in 2018 added the BIM2fusedVR a 3D Virtual Reality & 3D-Render Studio Visualization service. In 2019 fusionBIM became a 3D Virtual Africa Associate and certified Matterport Service Provider offering 3D Digital Surveys of buildings and Digital Marketing media for property & business owners. We work nationally through a network of trained and talented collaborators to give our clients the best possible service and products.
Hendrik Swanepoel
DIRECTOR: ​3D Digitization
Hendrik is a man of many talents. He started his career as a young Weapons Engineer in the SA Air Force. He then became a successful Business Manager in the Restaurant and Motor Vehicle Repair industries for many years. For the safety of himself and his family, he changed direction and for 10+ years, he is a driven business owner of HNRS Maintenance and Repairs. He easily holds the respect of all his clients with sincere and highest quality service in General Building Maintenance and Painting, Renovations & Alterations & Insurance Claims.

In early 2019, Hendrik joined the fusionBIM team and as certified Matterport Service Provider, is running operations in Pretoria & Gauteng area where he delivers 3D Digitization of buildings to our clients. (3D Virtual Tours, Point Cloud surveys & Digital Marketing Integration.
Jody Paulse
Architectural Technician
Jody graduated for her National Diploma in Architectural Technology in 2017 at Cape Peninsula University of Technology. We met Jody at a networking event in 2018.

Jody's vibrant willingness to learn and independent drive to achieve more is refreshing to watch. She obviously picks up new knowledge and skills very fast and in a short time working with us, has become independent with most of her tasks. 

As a young designer, Jody brings to our team a fresh and fearless approach to design solutions. She is an asset to our team and we hope to work with Jody for a long time to come.
​Nikki Fourie
BUSINESS Manager
​Nikki Fourie of Pin Point Projects is a business advisor and an advocate for efficient admin, finance and operations systems that help “free up” the business owner to focus on the aspects that grow their business. She worked in Operation and Logistics Management for two major international companies for 13 years, namely Oakley Africa and Expeditors International. Since leaving corporate employment in 2009 she has consulted for three more international companies: Seko Worldwide, Luxottica and Verbatim Ltd. Now Nikki shares her experience with small and medium business owners who are more aligned to her passion, which is being in service to others. Nikki, together with her husband Craig, own & manage Mushroom Guru (Pty) Ltd, a self grown business where they cultivate and produce mainly medicinal mushrooms and related products. They offer training workshops and technical assistance to the industry.

Werner leaves fusionBIM much better than he found us. 
January 2017 - Note: It is with Great Regret that we say goodbuy to Werner. He will be exiting his position as "Full Partner" in the company. His passion, energy and focus will be dearly missed. We wish him just success with his future vision. 
As manager in our family-owned businesses (1992-2004), Werner grew experience in hands-on management, the design and implementation of practical management systems, and people skills. His passion for making things beautiful and practical at the same time, resulted in him registering as an architect in 2012, fulfilling one of his dreams. After expanding his practical experience, his one-man architectural practice was born in 2014. Through a collaboration on projects, his journey with Francois Swanepoel began, which culminated in him joining fusionBIM as a director. He is excited at the prospect of unlocking the true power of collaboration in the future.
