Employer's information requirements (EIR)
Employers Information Requirements or (EIR) are the document outlining the client's project information requirements from their project teams during the delivery phase (design & costing) and at project handover.
​BIM EXECUTION PLAN (BEP)
The BIM Execution Plan (BEP or BIMxP) is developed by suppliers - typically pre-contract to address the Employer's Information Requirements (EIR) - and defines how the information modelling aspects of a project will be carried out. Model Progression Specifications (MPS)
