Should you require fusionBIM to be on-site for any of the deliverables, you will need to purchase a supportSITE package, i.e. you will be liable for the travelling costs. The following details explains it further. Delivery and/or Collection
A reputable Registered Courier Service will be used, that enables the recipient to sign for acceptance of the delivery, and provides the proof thereof to the sender. Travel Time

In the event that the Customer requires the use of a venue for on-site training, the booking will be as per agreement between the parties in writing. General Terms & Conditions
fusionBIM will make the necessary arrangements with third party service providers, to order and pay (in the interim) for services rendered and products delivered, and then provide the Customer with an Expense Report that reflects all actual costs, together with the Invoice that the Customer will pay on the Due Date, in order for fusionBIM to recuperate the costs. |
